We do collect non-identifiable information automatically and store this information on our server for the purpose of statistic report. Imbali Studio use the statistics to obtain information such as the number of website visitors within a time frame, pages viewed, page viewed ratios etc. in order to improve the website functionality and navigation, information actuality, and to optimise services, products and procedures.

Imbali Studio Clients

Any individual and/or company will be seen as a Imbali Studio Client when a:
- Quotation request is submitted online, or via email/fax
- Quotation acceptance is submitted online, or via email/fax
- Service request is submitted online, or via email/fax

Service requests refer to : domain registration, domain transfer, hosting, website maintenance and SEO services.
- Technical Support request
- General inquiry related to any Imbali Studio product or service, is submitted online, or via email/fax

Imbali Studio will use the personal identifiable information provided by the client to successfully process the request. The may include the sharing of the information across departments and between individuals within Imbali Studio.

Imbali Studio may request further personal information from the client to provide the required service. The information must be supplied in writing, by the client, according to Imbali Studio specifications eg. Debit order authority form.

Imbali Studio will only use the personal identifiable information internally, and will not share the information with any third party unless under the client's instruction or when required by law to do so.

All personal information received by Imbali Studio in protected in accordance with South African Law - Electronic Communications Act, Privacy Act, Freedom of Information Act and Protection of Personal Information Bill. Imbali Studio complies with and adheres to the relevant statutory requirements and best practice under South African Law.

Imbali Studio implements the necessary systems and procedures to protect the client's rights of privacy and confidentiality. We therefore do not accept liability whatsoever for unauthorised or unlawful disclosure of the client's personal information by any third party.
