Do I have to host my website with Imbali Studio?

Definitely not. You can host your website with whichever company you choose. Bear in mind that for a more advanced website, it does make development a lot faster and easier if we host your website. But it's your choice completely.

Something else to remember is that Imbali Studio will customise your hosting to suit your website. Why pay for unnecessary features if they are not required?

So you have requested a quotation. What now?

We require that the quotation received be signed and faxed back to us at 0866725430. Upon receipt of the accepted quotation a deposit of 50% is payable.

You may wonder why we require a deposit? A lot of time goes into each website. We pride ourselves by never using templates or any other tool to speed up the design or development process of your website. Each and every website is 100% unique.

I've paid my deposit. What happens next?

After confirming your deposit, we will start with the graphic design of your website. We will use your original design brief and any other requirements mentioned to design usually 3 concepts. The first 2 concepts are in accordance to your design brief, while the 3rd concept is our "designers" interpretation of your requirements. We do this to give you a broad choice of designs. The process of graphic design should take about 2 - 3 days to complete.

If you have requested any Flash animation, the time for design might be a little longer.

My design is accepted. What now?

Once the graphic design of your website is complete - we go into the development phase. Before any development of your website starts, we would require written acceptance of your selected design concept. The development time frame will completely depend on your requirements and or any special development needs. All information is to be supplied to us in Microsoft Word format, as well as any pictures or products etc. When we have been requested to develop a content or product management system for your website, we usually populate the website with a list of your products to get started.

My website's complete but I want to make changes?

After we have completed the development of your website, we will request that you "test" your website. During the testing phase you may request changes, or report any bugs that pop up as long as the changes are in line with the original development brief. Once you are 100% happy with your website, we'll upload it to your hosting server, after which the remainder of the account is settled.

Who owns my website after it's completed?

YOU DO! Once your account is fully settled, you are in full ownership of your website. Upon request all designs, and the complete website will be given to you on a CD or DVD. We always back-up your entire website on to your hosting server, which is available for download at anytime.

Because all our development is done from sctrach in-house - there will never be any license problems down the line.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do. We accept all major credit cards on straight or budget.

Does Imbali Studio offer payment options?

Yes we do. We understand that financing your dream website could become costly. We offer various payment options, by monthly instalments, or quarterly payments - provided the 50% deposit has been paid in full.
